A Charlotte NC Nonprofit Organization Built on Faith, Compassion & Community
About Us
We didn't start with a building or a budget. We started with a belief — that every person deserves dignity, hope, and a place to belong. That belief is still what drives everything we do.
Our Story
At Operation 412 NC, we believe every individual deserves dignity, hope, and a place to belong. Founded in 2020, our mission is to serve individuals and families living in non-traditional housing—those residing in hotels, shelters, or temporarily staying with others—by meeting urgent needs and helping them build a path toward lasting stability.
What began as a small outreach in Charlotte, North Carolina has grown into a movement rooted in faith, compassion, and community action. Inspired by Psalm 41:2, “The Lord protects and preserves them—they are counted among the blessed in the land…”, we strive to reflect God’s heart by caring for the vulnerable and walking alongside them in their most challenging seasons. Whether through hygiene kits, warm meals, emotional support, or spiritual encouragement, we show up with love and purpose.
Our programs are not just about giving—they’re about empowering. We provide more than resources; we offer hope, connection, and tools for long-term wellness and independence. By partnering with local agencies and faith-based networks, we help individuals take meaningful steps toward renewal and stability.
Operation 412 NC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law. Every dollar given, every product donated, and every prayer shared makes a tangible, lasting impact. With your support, we can continue to be a living expression of Psalm 41—blessing others while trusting in God’s promise to bless and protect those who serve.

Together, we are building a community where no one is forgotten, and everyone is seen.
